At Royal Canin, we stand behind the quality of our tailored nutrition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our Customer Care team or log into your account to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused portion of the food in its original packaging. Ensure the bag is securely sealed to prevent leakage during transit.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
